Return and Refund Policies
Return Period
Customers may return purchased products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are in original and unused condition.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals and documentation.
Drones and components must show no signs of wear, damage or alterations.
Personalized or tailor-made products are not eligible for return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Returns Process
To initiate a return process, the customer must contact customer service providing the order number and reason for the return.
After your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label or detailed instructions for returning your product.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
